Unfriendly, advice to the owner when someone says hello say it back , when someone says thank you say your welcome and also sat thank you when there done with there purchase, it show you appreciate there businesses especially when there are other options for them.also your prices have gone through the roof you are marked up 50-100% higher than everyone else ,that would explain why there are never more than 1-2 customers in there at a time ,I do miss the last owner much friendlier and reasonable priced good luck
