Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Sawgrass

unprofessional. Mechanics thinks that customers cars are for their personal uses. My car was seen at a local bar on commercial blvd and the mechanic was tanked . He even had sex in my car with his female companion. from what i can gather its not the first time time this mechanic had done this. so people please do not allow the mechanic Vako to work on your cars. I tried calling his boss to complain , no call back yet. this was on March 15

Service -

Where should I start with my experience. My first oil change was coming up and a check engine light came on. Went to get it service. Told the service adviser about all the issues Change oil, light on and part of the insulation sticking out of the spoiler of my Jeep Cherokee 2014.

William Quick took my service order - was told that needed some firmware upgrades- I took off for 3 hours. Came back and waited another hour or two and was told it was ready. Picked it up and drove 3 blocks when the check engine light came back on and I checked the oil level and it was still needing to be changed. Came back and they did not want to admit the "Forgot" to change the oil. Next week I had to come back because my check engine light came back on, again. They never fixed the issue - they had "forgotten this too". Had to have most of the front end removed to get to a valve that failed. Another 3 hours - they had a former employee stop by and everyone was happily talking to him as he walked in the service bay - hmm insurance covers that?

Apparently, my negative review on Jeep survey got the director of service to email me (can you get lower than 1?). I emailed him and the 3 people he had CC'd back. I informed him what had happened. 2 days later I asked if it was standard not to respond to consumers. Was told he was working on it. Well fast forward 30 days later - I emailed them back... still no email back about the seal for the spoiler - after another day of no response from Pete Martino, William Quick or Michelle McCarthy... I decide to put reviews up ...

So - I think I will have to talk to Jeep and see if this is how they wish their authorized repair centers to treat their consumers. I wonder if the Arrigo's wish their customers treated like this?

I will seriously have to reconsider future purchases or recommendations about this company.

Arrigo Sawgrass is the best dodge dealer to take your car to for car repair in Miami. I would recommend them to anyone.
