Provided by DexKnowsI have had my last three cars repaired at this shop, and I have always been pleased with the results. This is not the "cheapest" shop in town, but you don't get the best technicians for the cheapest price! I am willing to pay a little more for quality service. And they don't make repairs you don't really need! They will let you know which repairs are important and which ones can wait.They have a good guarantee. Fortunately I have not had to use it, but I feel better knowing they stand behind their work.

Provided by DexKnowsWent to car dealership who told me engine head was leaking and needed $2,000 worth of major work. Took it to Warren for 2nd opinion. He told me dealer was wrong and needed only minor work. I got extra maintenance done for upcoming trip - whole bill came to $400. highly recommend Import Authority for all car work!!!!
