        Overall

        I have perfect teeth with no problems and went here for a routine teeth cleaning. Dr. Cifrodelli said I had a small cavity that needed filling. She drilled out another filling on the same tooth in the process and caused serious tooth problems by drilling to deep. She was unable to fix the problem created, I ended up having to get a root canal and crown. I asked is she could refund the cost of the filling since it ended up causing me serious pain and thousands to fix but she wouldn't even bother to call me back. I also later learned the cavity was so small it could've been treated with fluoride instead of drilling but she makes more $ if she drills. During the cavity she also left me sitting in the chair for an hour to work on someone else during my procedure. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist!
