        Overall

        We hired Darrell and Capital Plumbing to do the plumbing on a major renovation. There were a lot of issues with his guys taking short cuts, and there was no apparent quality control. Most recently, the mainline they installed sprouted a leak at the meter without cause and we were without water in our home. When I called to let them know, Darrell said they only warranty the work for 12 months. It had been 14. He should have stood behind the work, but he choose not to.
