The other negative reviews are strange. this company does top notch work. I wish I could upload photos on here. Just this week we had a fireplace guy here to do routine work on our gas units, and he commented that the mantles and built-ins are of the quality that he only sees in the very wealthiest homes he visits.

Trying to deal with Dan was impossible. He was like a Teflon pan, nothing stuck to him, as in accepting responsibility, admitting fault, you name it and it went wrong. As for the product it was all cheap particle board, fit and the finish was like I have not seen in 28 years of business, just crap! Just a poor excuse of a business.

this is the worse service we have ever had. They do not stand behind their product and when they make a mistake they don't take any responsibility for anything. They even held up my kitchen installation because they didn't want to make 2 shipments. I would never use them again and will tell anyone who inquires that they are a lousy business to do business with.

We will not use them again.

I have no idea what drove that other review........Mr. Wiggins and his company were really responsive on our project, and we're floored at how great the quality is. We get compliments on his work all the time. He did the mantels and wall units surrounding our fireplaces, and I personally couldn't recommend him highly enough. He did outstanding work.

We are very disappointed in this company; they did not deliver on time, did not deliver quality items, and their installation was sloppy; we will not use them again.
