I went to UP Tire for 3 years, at the high recommendation of a friend, while my husband was stationed at Fort Lewis, WA. They were always perfectly polite and ready to explain any problem to me in whatever deatil I required. They never spoke down to me, as a woman, nor gave the appearance of trumping up charges. When they undertook a job, they completed it. I never had the experience of sending in my vehicle for work here and having the problem persist after they were "done" (unlike some places I have been). I also found that they are recommended by AAA and, after my experiences with them, I can see why. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone.
