Old Town Hardwood

While searching for a contractor to refinish our Red Oak kitchen and dining room floor, my wife and I fortunately stumbled upon one of the owners of Old Town Hardwood (Sandy) at the Tacoma Home Show. Sandy was very knowledgable and won our job because of his knowledge and general concern for us getting exactly what we were looking for. Our job consisted of lacing in new/matching wood where we moved a wall and pantry, sanding the floor, staining to my wife's color choice, sealing and applying two coats of clear with a buffing between each coat. Though Sandy did not do the work, his business partners (Edgar and Jermaine) were equally as concerned and talented in their trade. Our water base satin finish has renewed the floor and we have nothing but positive comments to share with others looking for a professional job from start to finish. We felt completely safe leaving the house to them while we were gone at work as well. Thanks guys! Great job!! Dan & Robin Baumgartner
