Horrible experience. Bought a 04 Volvo XC90, payed more then market value. The car starting having issues within days and I took note. Bolts were missing in the engine compartment! I went back to the lot, was assured the car was perfect. 30 days in, MAJOR mechanical issues. Took it back to the lot, was met with a tough luck attitude. A major bracket had snapped cleaned off, was told if the car needed maintenance that it was on me. Not even 6 months since I bought this car and the transmission is shot. I took it to the Volvo dealership and found out there was over $4000 worth of repairs, not including the transmission. These people have no real care for their customers, only the money they can get. I thought Bobby; the manager was so super helpful, but the reality is he's a slick talking dirt bag. I'm a single mom, in college, with a full time job. They took advantage of the fact that I had cash and they sold me a lemon. Cars R us is a nightmare of a dealership.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT....THEY SELL CLEVERLY DISGUISED JUNK....MY GIRLFRIEND AND I ARE BOTH ON DISABILITY AND WE SAVED FOR TWO YEARS FOR A DOWN PAYMENT ON A 4 WHEEL DRIVE SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO WALK IN TO OUR HOME IN THE WINTER....WE BOUGHT WHAT APPEARED TO BE A SOLID 1999 TOYOTA TACOMA WE DID A CAR FAX AND IT WAS FINE. BY THE TIME WE GOT IT HOME THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD WAS LEAKING FUMES IN THE TRUCK, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND IT STARTED POURING OIL FROM UNDER THE TRUCK....THEY SAID THEY WOULD HELP US FIX IT BUT WHEN I GAVE THEM A LIST FROM THE MECHANIC WHAT WAS WRONG I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN...ANY POSSITIVE POSTS ON HERE ARE MORE THAN LIKELY PLANTS FROM THERE OWN PEOPLE..................STAY AWAY

Salesmen were great. Prices were comparable to others on South Tacoma Way. This place better than Car Pros and All American Motors.

Just bought a brand-new Infiniti Q 45 from this dealership when I got back from vacation these guys were really nice. Gave them a chance since they had what I wanted and I've got to say the transaction went pretty smooth besides the fact it was raining! Thanks cars r us!
