Worst customer service ive ever had! I had to pay cash for a new phone that i still dont have! Ive been to the store twice a day for a week! Im not happy! Im out alot of money and no phone!! my lawyer will be going to take care of my business

Very nice guy and pleasant to work with. I think at times can be over worked and difficult to meet deadlines since he's the only one there. He does make it up in prices and offers discounted deals for his lack of speed. I also want to mention he's the only one around town that can flash a phone cheaper than anyone else. Keep that in mind if you want to exchange phones and not the same carrier. Can't beat the price
