American Freight Furniture and Mattress

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Bought a couch set from them and it broke after having it for a little over a month. I was then told I'd get a new one within a month. The company then repeatedly never called me back after calling about every other week and I never received the replacement couch I was told I would get. Finally 7 months later when I had to leave for the summer they said a new one would be in for me in a couple weeks but I would be on summer vacation by then so they told me they guarantee I'd get a new couch the upcoming school year. Obviously, when I called this fall they never called me back when they said they would. The worst customer service ever this place is run by idiots, I recommend you stay as far away from here as possible.

Very disappointing. Wish i could give it no stars. They will lie to make a sale and once they have your money they give the run around. The only advantage is they have decent furniture for affordable prices. But good luck ever recieving it. I ordered a bed 8 days ago. They said it would be in the following day. Ive gotten the run around and was even told by an employee that "stuff happens". I will never do business with them again.
