STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.These people are rude,unprofessional,liars. They don't deserve your business.
I had a short time span from my engagement to my wedding. Personally spoke to the manager and she was so helpful and sweet! Received my products in plenty of time prior to the wedding and all of the pieces were beautiful and of great quality. Wonderful service and experience!
Items not as shown. Customer service was of no assistanc and nasty. A manager was supposed to contact me and did not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! I wrote 2 reviews on their web site but they must have blocked them as they were negative!
I wish I could give zero stars! Horrible customer service! Received items for my daughters wedding that were a different color than advertised on the website and was told that I needed to correct my computer settings. EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Pay a little more and go elsewhere.
I ordered several thing for my daughters wedding, very pleased with the products also I had to order additional items a week before our event they came on time very pleased.
Horrible customer service! In fact, it is so bad it makes me wonder how such a business is still around? I will never deal with this company again and I suggest you do the same. My item arrived broken/defective and they simply didn't care - pay close attention to my warning, do not buy from this company.

Provided by SuperpagesThis company is a joke. I placed an order for wedding favors with them. Their web site claims to ship orders within 2-5 days (depending on where you look on web page). On day 3 after I placed order I had to send an email confirming my order because I never got 1. On day 7-9 after I placed order I sent many email asking why my order had not been shipped yet. I received no reply. Finally on day 9, I phoned the company at which time I was told my order was delayed because they didn't have the candy I ordered in stock, and at a later date I was told it was too hot to ship the candy and thats why my order was delayed. When I asked why I wasn't informed of this before that day they had no answer. The employees are rude and the customer service is awful!!! After I threatened to write a bad review about them they canceled my order and I was turned away. Very unprofessional!!!!
The prices are cheap and they were shipped to me quite fast! I was very pleased.
If you are planning a special occasion, wedding or party, it's worth a look!
