Ken gives more than basic service. He gives quality personal advice and CARES about the work he does. I had a bathtub put into my basement a year ago so I could start my home dog grooming business, and he was incredibly helpful and made an otherwise complicated custom-setup seem like a walk in the park. He was surprisingly detail-oriented, going out of his way go beyond "quality". He has a pleasantly calm, easy-going demeanor, and was happy to explain what he was doing to people like me with no knowledge of such things, so when he was done, he left me feeling a confident and empowered home-owner (and soon-to-be business owner). I couldn't have been happier with the work he did, and I feel assured that we have a preferred plumber for life!
