Suwanee Family Dentistry

My family is new to GA, my family have been seeing this dental office for the past yr under the same insurance. Finally I got a chance to visit them 1st time, I filled out new patients forms but was called upon saying I need to provide my SS#! They’ve been operating without my husband or my SS# for the past visits, all in a sudden that becomes a problem? I insisted I wouldn’t give my SS# they made me sign a form to waive that requirement, but then I've to pay out of pocket at my visits & they will not file insurance. What about my husband’s next visit? Will he be charged to pay in full too, while all along they've been filing insurance without issues? Whatever the new policy is, I am not new to them. My family has been seeing them, they have our records, we pay our bills!!! I was appalled and feel insulted the way I was treated, the front office has not demonstrated any flexibility & good judgement but adhere to the “1-size-fit-all” policy that will only drive good customers away!
