P3 Painting And Renovations

P3 did an excellent job with our community clubhouse renovation. They did painting, stained and pressure washed the stairs and decks. They were courteous and thorough.

I was pleasantly surprised by the paint job of my property that P3 did. They did a great job matching the color, and our porch structures look wonderful! I especially like how much the white contrasts with the grey of the building. The property is looking great.

This company gets a Zero Rating. The painting crew trampled and destroyed personal property including plants and knocking over brick trimming. Paint splatters were left everywhere and on personal property. They threw trash in the yard. When approached, the painters were very rude and stated there would not be any compensation for the damage they caused to my property. In my dealing with the employees of this company, they do not respect people nor people's personal property.

Bad business here. Company damaged my vehicle while working on my place. I spoke with the owner and he was rude and did not help. The onsite workers also decided to threaten me.



As far as the painting. They are very slow. Expect about double the time at the very least.

These guys really suck. Avoid them--they lack good communications skills and will mispaint your property. Extremely slow work and disappointing service.

***stay away** the owner is dishonest. their employees caused damaged and he never reimbursed as promised. his only contracts are with management communities -
