        Overall

        Kept my deposit because contract says you need to have 30 day written notice, I gave verbal so they could rent it out sooner. They never said anything about written notice during my calls, but they sure as hell had the unit locked up pretty quick! They are not honorable people. More like thieves using the contract to steal.
