Jiffy Lube

went there 3/05/14 around 5:30pm. we were greeted so politely and invited inside to their waiting area. OMG! They had fresh made popcorn and make your own keurig coffee maker!!! thanks to their courtesy check with my oil change, we avoided being stopped by police for no license plate lights also were informed of when i need to plan to have the manufacturers recommended services done. we are very please with the services and the VIP treatment given to us.

I bought my car for a simple oil change. I was told lights need replacing on my car ad that my car was a quart low on oil. I refused their expensive extra work only discover later that my lights are fine. I check my oil before bringing it in and it was not low as the claimed while attempting to sell me expensive oil. A sloppy technician left my trunk ajar which opened up one the road after I left. The rain ruined everything in my trunk.



I spoke to the manager. He was unapologetic and claimed he had video proving his men never opened my trunk. Yet. I saw one of the with a vacuum hose do exactly this. I asked to see the video and the manager admitted did not have it and he had not really seen it.



I spoke to my attorney this afternoon. He is going to assist me in in filing a report with the FTC Federal Trade Commission regarding their practices. I've already called the BBB. They are ready to take my complaint if this is not resolved soon starting with a refund.
