I believe you will find that these people are far from the best. When you get a 2nd and 3rd opinion I think that you will realize this. We have learned a lot the hard way. This company installed an undersize unit, then recommended some other things to change when our house wasn't cooling and heating properly. We finally had to replace a unit that was only 4 years old because it was undersized. There service is very poor. I could write a couple of pages with what they did wrong, but finally called Horry and they recommended another company. I would call A air and I promise you will be happy and they are very reasonable and trustworthy.
