Sun Run Condominium Association

****** Warning ****** Be aware if your buying or leasing. Association is discriminatory and do not have morals.



The management company Alliance Property Systems; Plantation, FL in which represents the board members are not humane. "Jason" in charge of that association will not help and should not work for a management company that deals with clients.



I am not writing this review because I dislike them but because it is wrong what they are doing to be honest. Hardworking people that will make the community better are not their cup of tea. I waited for almost a month got denied because of not being directly related to someone and they did not give an option to appeal.



Long story short I ended staying in a hotel for weeks, not able to cook for thanksgivings and spent thousands of dollars because they decided not to continue with our application.



The buildings are in need of repair! Be careful , do your research and see and get information on the condo and association. This is not intended to be degrading but to aware good loving people.
