        Doug Ross, owner of Ross Custom Homes, Inc. in Lake Ozark, Missouri.Doug Ross spent most his life in the Kansas City area and served four years in the Navy, where he advanced to Petty Officer, second-class. He later earned his degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. Upon earning his degree, Ross accepted a position as the General Manager of Metro Renovators, Inc, a company that specialized in disaster reconstruction. Inrecon/Belfor later acquired Metro Renovators, where Doug continued in his position for five years.After leaving Metro Renovators he started his own remodeling company and produced several substantial makeover remodels in the KC area. Eventually he and his wife Beth moved to the Lake area so that Doug could accept the position of Vice President & General Manager of Millennium Design Build. There he directly supervised the construction of fourteen multi-million dollar homes, as well as several large commercial projects. He left Millen nium after 5-1/2 years to start Ross Custom Homes, Inc.

It's a great feeling, seeing these incredible projects from inception of the design phase, through construction, and handing the keys over to the new owners.         We were so fortunate to have had Doug Ross recommended to us by a local supply company. My husband and I were in the market to remodel our existing bathrooms, but couldn't quite figure out how to get the most with our space. Enter Doug Ross and Ross Custom Homes. Doug had great ideas, wonderful skills, and best of all he arrived and finished on the specified dates! We have asked Ross Custom Homes to come back and complete 3 other projects since the first remodel. I can recommend Doug Ross to anyone with absolutely no hesitation.

        My wife and I were very fortunate when our friends recommended Doug Ross and Ross Custom Homes to remodel our lake house. The work Ross Custom Homes did for us was a total remodel, right down to the studs. From the very beginning, Doug was great to work with. He always took the time to answer our questions, kept us up to date on progress, kept his commitments, offered ideas that we never even thought of, and the quality of the workmanship from his crew was outstanding. And best of all, there were no surprises. We would recommend Ross Custom Homes to anyone is needing remodeling done or a new construction home.
