Overall

Bought a new furnace & Ac unit last fall - over $7,000 and the house is colder when we run it than when we only use a fireplace (that we installed after the furnace wasn't heating enough. We run a fireplace, pellet store and electric heaters in each room, wear sweats and use electric blanket at night and are freezing!



Our house has 6" walls, new doors and windows and over 18" of insulation. It is NOT the house. 2 other contractors looked at it and both said he should NOT use flex duct work, should be rigid - at least for the trunk.

He has came out 3 times and refuses to fix it. One vent in kitchen actually pulls air UP instead of blowing heat down - which perplexed him. Has been very condescending. Very UNKNOWLEDGABLE and uses every excuse and story possible. HE IS NOT WELCOME BACK ON OUR PROPERTY - we will fix it ourselves and forward pictures of his shoddy installation to Bryant - I'm sure they (and Better Business Bureau) will want to know about this!
