02/1/13 The Manger and staff in this store believe they can treat people any way and not Account for it because they believe we can't file a complaint.I spend a lot of money in this store yesterday,They gave me the wrong product,and when I called them ,they blame me

the customer for their mistake, talked over me,hung up on me several times and didn't want to take the time to to hear any of my concern or reason. there have to be laws in SC concerning customers rights, In NY you can call 311,what can you call here I will find it.I was treated this way before from the people in this same store,why didn't I learn,That is how you are treated when you try to live right.find another store ,they don't know how to treat people who spend money.They deserve one star for at least picking up the phone and hanging it up.Make sure you know up front what you are getting before you walk out the store if you really need to go.Food for thought.SC store Wack.
