Dr Jones is great but his front staff is AWFUL. I called to get a refill for my child and obnoxious woman that answered the phone attempted to put the blame on me as to why my son hadn't had a return appointment since March. Well my son had refills every month that I had to go in and pick up. I asked her how is this my fault he hadn't been scheduled an appointment? It sounds like that's your office fault and you may to need to speak work your manager. She responded I am the manager. She was rude, over talking me. I will be locating another dr. Not because of the Dr but the individuals you have to interact with prior to seeing the Dr.
