        Overall

        This is one of the nicest, cleanest mobile home parks in the Summerville area. The owner takes pride in the appearance of this park. Any one writing negative comments were either evicted for non-payment or not following the park's rules and regulations. Drive through the park and ask any present tenant their thoughts of the park and ownership.

        this trailer park used to be the nicest in Summerville.. all they rent too is trash nowadays harassing the elderly, and cars coming, and going all hours of the night...
