Adult Protective service trainee Ashley Sumpter refuses to stop contacting us after we had decline APS services due to the lack of professionalism and knowledge. Plenty of steps for our father for nursing home placement were missed and even the business manager at the nursing home said that she needs to be further trained. She complains about being under paid but that is something that she needs to take up with her supervisor K. Simpkins not with us. I strongly don't recommend this company. :(

I went into this office on a friday. The two ladies behind the desk just kept talking after we went into the office. They did not say hi to us or directed us to the right place where we needed to go. When we finished the paperwork they had given us they took it and that was it. About 30 minutes of their talking personal things to one another did a lady ask us to come up to her and she handed us a piece of paper that had an appointment time on it. She told us to come back monday. That was it. She did not ask us when an appropriate time would be, she made the time for us. We had another appointment the same time at another place. She was not intrested in what we had to say. Therefore we missed our appointment with them and we tried to call the office to reschedule and guess what.....NO ANSWER.
