Fitness Connection

I was in fitness connection on today took out of membership sign for certain terms was told that supplements came with the membership then I for got my suppliments when I left so I came back to get them only to be told that my terms had changed. I stated that's not what I signed for initially, I was told the manager change after I left. I asked for my money back then was told I couldn't get it back until the next day, ask for a manager and was told no manager was there, only to later find out the GM was there playing basketball after I waited over 45 mins for him then he tell me I can't get my funds back until Monday and that their was a manager there all the time sitting in the next office. I was also ask to do a survey with the rep who was canceling my contract and I gave them a 1 on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the lowest. There was 3 questions I was asked only to find out where it asked for location the representative who was a manager put another location instead of the one I had the BAD experience at and tried to justify it by saying to the GM that it was a mistake but he told me it doesn't matter. The GM Chris Ethel who I think the title GM HE SHOULD NEVER HAVE. He showed his lack of managerial skills alone with the young man who did my contract. There is to must dishonest at this place and they need to be on undercover boss so the owners of Fitness Connection will see just how BAD there business is being handled. I have more to much to write will contact Corporate office on Monday.

Terrible, terrible gym. I wanted to understand how a gym that was as cheap as this runs. Well, I just visited them and now I understand. This is a classic case of "You get what you pay for". I was passing by on a Saturday night and had got there right at 8:00PM when they were closing. The door was ajar so I walked in and peeked around and the guy at the desk (who didn't look like he lifted anything more than his mouse) said very rudely, "Man, we're closed!" I said, "I understand. I just stepped in to take a peek." There were two guests just hanging out and sitting and chatting. So obviously I was not intruding. I wanted to get a glance of where the free weights were so I asked, "Where are y'all's free weights?" Mind you, this was all a whole of 10 SECONDS since I stepped in when he snaps, "You're going to have to get someone to show you around tomorrow! We're closed!" I responded, "Dude, I hear you. I just asked you 2 questions [it was actually just one]." and walked out. At this point some guy who had been sitting in an office came out in a very confrontational posture. I found that utterly hilarious. At this point I was already out the door and didn't have enough time or patience to politely put the guy in his place. This was literally minutes after 8:00PM, with guests lingering in the greeting area and the DOOR AJAR. I had taken a total of maybe 20 seconds of their time. I'll pay double the price to deal with civilized human beings. At least my curiosity was addressed. I should have just looked at the 1 and 2 star reviews for their other locations. I recommend you take from that and not waste your time. You do get what you pay for.
