Suffolk Alignment & Car Care Center

Went there for an alignment with the car pulling slightly to the left - I had the rear struts replaced and was advised it would probably need aligned. When the car was given back to me the right front brake was dragging - I didn't make it 2 miles and had to turn back. When I got back less than 10 minutes later the caliper was complete seized up. The owner claimed the right brake was why it was pulling left and it was like that when I drove it there (a dragging right brake would make the car pull right, not left when you aren't on the brakes). Said there was no way it was there fault without even look into why the problem occurred to start with. The mechanic test drove the car so he knew there was an issue and said nothing. They endangered my life and lied to me to my face and used their failure to charge me 3x more than I planned to spend. Final words from the owner "it is what it is". They can't be trusted.
