Buffalo Wild Wings

The overall experience at this location was terrible from beginning to end. To start our table was given to another party. We called in advance to give notice of our party size however when we arrive the the table was given to another party because the buzzer that we were given was broken. As a result we were forced to sit outside in the wind or wait an additional 45 minutes to an hour. Next, we received cold food and food that was thrown together and parts of our entrees were missing. To make matters worst when we spoke to management it was like talking no one at all. He simply kept apologizing. When a number for corporate office was asked for he pretended to go and retrieve it and returned 15 minutes later stating it was on the website. After I explained to him what was on the website he began to ask questions about the services rendered. As of now this is a location that my family and friends will not eat at or recommend again!
