Invidia Salon

I received a gift card for Christmas to Invidia. When I walked in for my appointment the stylist and nail tech were having a conversation and completely ignored me while they carried on with their conversation. I mean they didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. It was only after they completed their conversation that I was acknowledged and even then it was rudely. When I told the stylist what color i wanted to dye my hair she asked if I was sure, like I was making a mistake. When it was time for my eyebrow wax, she didn't even bother to ask how I normally shape my brows. She did the wax and when she was done with it she didn't even give me a mirror so I could look at them! Didn't ask if they were ok or if I wanted them thinned out more. I ended up going home and finishing my eyebrows myself! I do likehow my hair turned out, however I will not go back because of the rude service.

Great place! Emily does a great job. Very up to date and upscale salon.
