Life-long resident of the Stroudsburg, PA area, Dr. Spinner has been treating families and patients for over 20 years. He graduated with Honors from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland and did his residency at Eastern State Hospital in Williamsburg, VA.Specializing in Sports Medicine and Podiatry, Dr. Spinner is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and is currently on the active staff at Pocono Medical Center. He also performs surgery at Pocono Ambulatory Surgery Center.
