I was very happy with the service of this company. Mike was very upfront with all the cost to fix the water issue I was having. I called him and he came the same day soon after I called. Great service and a great price. It was nice not to be ripped off and the job was done in a timely manner. Can't ask for anymore then that. I definitely recommend Pocono Well and Pump to anyone who wants the job done right!!

I wish I could give 10 stars, 5 for Mike and 5 for John! These guys are awesome! After making several calls to various "professionals", I finally made a choice-in fact, I know without doubt it was the right choice! Mike personally answered my call in the morning and made arrangements to come out that same day. After pulling my well pump, it was discovered that I had faulty wire. John took the time to trace the wires to find the break, which avoided the extra expense of replacing the wire. Great service at a reasonable cost! These guys were honest professionals, and I couldn't ask for better service.
