Lasting Impressions Landscaping

I used them for my yard for the last 3 seasons. I paid to have their application applied...an expensive project but I was told it would help the grass in my front yard...waste of money. No difference in my yard after two years of trying. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. This year I wanted to add mulch again...the third year of using them...I was given an estimate of $385 to have my flower beds and the trees in my front yard done. I wanted a small bed and another tree on the side done also so I knew it would be a little more but the bill was over $600!! Crazy!! I had to wait 6 weeks to get them to come out...when the day finally arrived the crew showed up at 3 in the afternoon and promptly parked and had lunch in front of my house. Finally they started and it started raining at the same time so they had to come back. They came back the next day, finished the job and left. They did the extra flower bed but skipped the tree next to it. I would have thought that after 3 years I might have gotten a little better service but I guess they have too much business to worry about taking care of customers. Well, this is another lost customer in my neighborhood. I would never recommend them.
