General Info

Established in 1885, YMCA of San Joaquin County is a youth and community service agency. Based in Stockton, Calif., it allows entry for people from all socio-economic backgrounds. The organization offers youth sports activities, such as basketball, soccer and T-ball. YMCA of San Joaquin County offers its programs to the Lincoln Unified School District. The current programs at the center focuses on planning for children and families as well as developing partnerships with other public, private and community-based organizations. It conducts summer programs, Child Development and Y Adventure Guides. Additionally, the community center raises funds to provide financial assistance for the community.
