06-2018: In the past year and a half there have been 4 viral infections and 2 outbreaks of scabies in the past 3 months. Sanitation is not a priority at this facility. Despite ongoing requests the air condition, of which there was none last summer with temp in 3 digits, is sporadically working this year while temps average between high 80's and 90's. Residents are often left on their own while in the yard and in dining areas, when they should be receiving assistance.
