Mardini Tameem Law Office of Joel Carash

Mr. Mardini has been my divorce lawyer for over two years. I’ve paid every bill he’s sent me and I’ve never questioned any item. Currently, the amount I’ve paid him is roughly $12,000. I am currently waiting for Mr. Mardini to contact me regarding my case. I’ve been waiting for over a month. This is typical behavior for him and I have the emails to prove it. My ex has lied on every single last document her lawyer has submitted to the court. I can and have proved it to Mr. Mardini using bank statements, canceled checks and online postings she made. Given that there are several remedies available for people who perjure themselves in court proceedings, I thought this would motivate Mr. Mardini. That has not been the case. I thought having a meeting with him and his boss would resolve whatever issues he is having. It has not. That said, his boss, who is also the owner of the firm, did perform as expected and, in hindsight, I would’ve chosen him for the task. Mr. Mardini is still my attorney as I don’t have $12,000 to throw away. I’ll update this review if/when he decides to fulfill his ethical responsibilities as a lawyer. Until then, I can’t recommend his services to anyone.
