Majestic Mortgage Services is simply awesome. Everyone I came into contact with was very detail oriented and seems to be on top of every situation. It often seemed they would contact me before I could even contact them!

I initially decided to use Majestic because of their pricing and initial conversation I had with them. They were straightforward and clear in terms of their pricing which made me feel very comfortable working with them.

Majestic told me about the Fannie to Fannie loan. The Fannie HARP program allowed me to refinance my home loan without an appraisal. Majestic Mortgage Services handled the whole thing for me. My income was good but my credit needed some work. I had saved the down payment for a home but was turned down by other companies.
