Lisa's Pet Grooming

I dropped my very expensive golden doodle dog off at this place and Lisa groomed my dog. She did a fantastic job. My dog has never been to a public groomer before and she didn't want to leave with me when I went to pick her up, because she wanted to stay with the dog groomer. She ran over to the groomer and sat next to her smiling and wagging her tail when I tried to take her home. She finally came to me after I put the leash on her, but she did not want to leave. She looks and smells great too. I will take her back for sure. I just hope she will want to go home next time.

I brought my Bruty boy in today and Lisa trimmed his nails he was very unruly and she was very patient with him. She could have suggested a bath for more money but felt we should hold off until I get his paw irritation to heal. She is very fair and did not try to overcharge. She always is very helpful last time I came in she gave my Spike free antiseptic wipes and stiptic powder for his wound. Shes so nice Ill be back

THIS PLACE IS A RIPPED OFF!



First of all I found out about this place through PENNY SAVER.

I was so excited because of their AD. It says $5 off or they also accept ALL COMPETITORS COUPONS for first time consumers so I rushed looking for coupons at other places and I found a 50% off from American Vet who also does grooming then I made appointment for my dogs.



When my boyfriend and I picked up r dogs they were charging me $36 for my yorkie and $55 for my Bichon/Poodle Mixed. As soon as I gave her the coupon she said she won't accept it? THEN WHY PUT FALSE ADVERTISEMENT? If you put you accept all competitors coupons then you must accept whatever coupon the consumer gives you. She should know that other places gives 50% off grooming services for first time costumers. I was so mad if I knew she was going to rip us off we could have gone to PETCO who does WAY WAY WAY better job of grooming r dogs.



And also, I instructed her to just trimmed my yorkie's hair and she took most of his hair off. I also told her to do a short teddy bear cut on the face and she didn't even cut his chin hair and that was my problem because It always gets soaking wet everytime he drinks water. And as for my Bichon/Poodle Mixed my boyfriend specifically told her to LEAVE the face how it is and she still decided to cut it anyway and the body was too short. THIS PLACE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS.



WHY IS THIS BUSINESS STILL RUNNING IF ALL THEY DO IS SCAM PEOPLE WITH THEIR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT?



DO NOT GO HERE, NOT WORTH A PENNY!

I took my dog to Lisa today to get groomed. I have a 4 month old Shih-tzu that looked like a teddy bear prior to his hair cut and now he looks like a NY rat mixed with Poodle (only mixed with poodle cause of the hair left on his ears and tail). I showed Lisa a picture of what I wanted my puppies hair to look like after the cut (which is what he looked like when I bought him) and she completly disregarded my request. When I picked him up I started to shed tears because his cut was so bad. I didn t even recognize him. Lisa said that she spent her time and products on my puppy so I paid full price which was $36. I advised her of my serious dislike and how she completely disregarded my request. She indicated that his hair will grow back and that I shouldn t worry about it. I advised her that I was seriously worried cause now my teddy bear looks like a NY rat. I got the impression that as long as she got paid she didn t care about the customer being happy. She does an ok job on a regular bath but the cut is horrible.
