PRODUCTS & SERVICES Private Lessons are taught on the following instruments: Alto Saxophone - Clarinet - Tenor Saxophone - Bass Clarinet - Soprano Saxophone - Beginning Recorder - Baritone Saxophone (For Children from age 7) The Lessons focus on - Instrument Technique - Note Recognition - Music Vocabulary - Rhythms - Music Theory - Playing Different Styles - Sight Reading - Improvisation (If needed) STYLES TAUGHT Beginning Band – Concert – Marching – Swing - Jazz – Religious – Rock – Latin GENERAL INFO I have over 25 years of teaching and musical experience. I enjoy teaching all levels of saxophone and clarinet (Beg. through Adult) I teach from a home studio located in a safe North Stockton neighborhood. Parents are always welcomed to sit in at every lesson. In addition to teaching privately, I have conducted saxophone sectionals at many of the schools in San Joaquin County. Some of the schools include Delta College ; Brookside Middle and Franklin High School. I have performed at the Monterey Jazz Festival , Montreaux Jazz Festivals, Reno Jazz Festival as well as several nightclubs and private engagements . I have had a diversed musical background and have performed in marching bands, symphonic bands, funk groups, rock bands (Y&T) , big bands(swing) and Top 40 bands.
