Monticello Village

I loved living at Monticello..I lived there for 2 years while in school and would still be there if I hadn't gotten a job out of town. Thier 2 bedroom is very large and the bedrooms are close in size so my roommate and I didn't have to fight over who got the bigger one, which was nice. The office staff was always very friendly and knew me by name, such a change from my last landlord! As for the maintenance staff, they would fix any issues quickly so I never worried about anything while we lived there. The only negative thing that I can say is that not everyone picks up after their pets. The manager even put doggie bag stations all over the property for them to use, which helped, but there are just some lazy people out there that don't care. I would definately recommend this as a great place to live!

Monticello has a wonderful staff! Management is friendly and helpful and maintainance is superior!! The complex is kept very quiet!! It is far enough away from the party places right near campus, but yet is only about a mile and a half away, so it's still close enough to ride a bike or the bus or drive. It's close to shopping and the movie theatre. It's truely just a wonderufl living experience.
