As I found this company on houzz I felt it important to leave a review. I will break into two parts

before and during install, and after install.



before and during install

everything went smoothly and I was happy - there were a couple of glitches- ipad covers not fitting etc. but no big deal- there will be some- they completed the install on time



after install

I spent close to 70,000 and had nothing but problems with the system. I was sold a sanvant system. I had constant video black outs from the date of installation in November. On superbowl sunday, Video was out for 1 hour and half- -I emailed and to their defense, they said they would come out and fix it, but by that time i had already headed to a friends house



As time dragged on, and they were unable to fix it, the response time became less and less. Missed appointments,etc. The final straw was the decision to bring in Savant Savant needed to see an error log, so the project manager scheduled the tech to install the software less than 24 hours before savant was due to come(this was after an already missed appt). As this was an intermittent problem and I felt we would only get 1 bite of the apple with Savant it made no sense to only allow 12 hours for the error to occur. And if Savant arrived and there was no error, we would be in trouble.



In any case I was sent an email by the owner of the company. I have it if anyone would like to see how he speaks to a customer who spent this much money with him. I also have video of the Savant System blanking out over and over



By all means I would stay away from Savant. As for the company, if you are into your problems being solved in an expedient manner without blame for anyone but themselves, then I would stay away from them too. If you have problems after the install they will send people out, but the problems wont get fixed. As further insult, they will point out how many times they sent someone to you, apparently they only seem to count the trips, not the problems solved
