Hi there John here been going here for 6 months highly recommended, went in the first time and the tech noticed I had a nail in my tire plugged it for free also gave me 5 off my oil change , techs no what there doing highly recommended

This was hands down the best experience I have had in a oil change. I was there for my first time and gave me a 10 dollar coupon for coming in. I got a full service oil change and a free vacuum for 25$. I highly recommend this place.

I came into JR's for my first time. All the staff were professional, curtious, and knowledgeable(offered me a bottle of water and a coffee). They keep their place clean and are reasonably priced on everything they have in store (Uncle Eds wanted $20 more for the same oil change). They did not try to sell me anything that was not needed on my vehicle. If you're looking for a new place this is the one.

I started coming to this place about a year ago and they're probably the best around. The techs there check every aspect of the car with free vacuum and fill my tires with air if need be. They checked inside and out to make sure it was working properly. Upon arrival, I was offered coffee and water. The did my oil change relatively quick and recommended some services that would be due my next visit. They don't push sales. They have coupons that go out in value pack. I gave them my coupon and Joe handed it right back and said to give to someone I know that can use it next time. He discounted the coupon value plus some.

No stars. I was a 20 year customer of JR's Lube Shop... but not anymore. New owner said his name was Joe. I'm an elderly woman. He told me my antifreeze was only good to plus 10 degrees but he did not show me the apparatus used, as was customary by the previous ownwers. He said I needed an $80.00 radiator flush. My car had a flush three years ago so I left and went to another lube place for a second opinion. They showed me the apparatus where all balls were floating and said my antifreeze was very clean and good to minus 34.

Now, I'll let you be the judge on whether you think JR's Lube Shop's new owners are reputable.

I went here for an oil change, and I have to say I'm gonna keep going there from now on. I'm a single mom and I can say I've had bad experiences in the past, but not here, they have a new manager there, I think his name is Joe, very nice guy, took care of me, didn't have to wait long, I wasn't over charged either, I highly recommend this place.

I had gone to this shop for years. Ownership changed approximately fall of 2015. New employee told me that the tech who always took care of my car, Brad, was out sick instead of being truthful and saying Brad no longer worked there. I have switched to corporate-owned Valvoline stores which provide coupons, guarantees, and a real company website to contact if you have a problem. Try www.vioc.com and find a location near you. Do not stop in just any shop that says Valvoline or it will probably be independently owned and not any better than this place.
