Flaming Grill Family Dining

Stopped in for breakfast. Three girls waiting at the bar area. One girl finally asked us how many. It must have been a good story they were in the middle of. We were seated and was told they will be back. Not smile or anything. Waited for the next girl. She comes over and doesn't even greet us, just says what can i get you. We placed our order and she walked away. I watched the 3 girls on how they greet the other customers and tend to them. I must of been the wrong nationality because the Caucasian customers did not receive a warm welcome at all. The food was just okay. When I went to pay, i was never asked how the food was or even thanked for coming in. I have been to this restaurant several times in the past but never really got good service. Now that I paid attention to the type of service this place gives I will NEVER come back.

I went to the flaming grill for the first time this evening. I was very impressed with the food. I got the chicken parmesan and it was very good. I was not very impressed with the service however. When my wife and I arrived we were seated and made our orders. The restraunt was not very full but the hostess/ waitress seemed like she was annoyed to have to work. My wifes order was filled wrong but we did not have time to ask that it be fixed because the waitress left before we could ask that it be corrected. The worst part of the entire meal was the fact that when leaving we told the other hostess that our service was not very good and the bus boy jumped in to the conversation and said "if the service wasn't good, go to another restraunt." Needless to say I will never visity here again.

Food very good. Prices good. Service usually good. Handicap accessibility ok. Handicap bathrooms need improvement.
