        BEWARE,ROTH insurance next to DMV in Staten Island are a bunch of crooks!! RICARDO in there is VERY NASTY and ARROGANT! We wanted a free quote on our car insurance and Ricardo wanted us to think we were saving money WHEN in fact Ricardo wanted to charge us 800 dollars to even switch over??!! This arrogant idiot DONT like when you ask any questions either! IF I could give this place a zero raiting I WOULD!!!
