        Overall

        Purchased a cage for my dog. Employee advised me on the size of the cage assuring me that it will fit my dog. It turns out it is too small. I came back 2 days later to return or exchange they refuse stating that the so no refunds. Then you wonder why customer end up at petco and similar big box stores.
