Very unprofessional there. I went there and one person doesn't know their right hand from the left hand. Office staff is not on the same page with everyone in the office. The medical assistant the man in the office wanted to know where I stayed at and I said excuse me he said where do you live at. I called to get my results about a CT scan I had at Shands Starke and was told that they weren't in yet by one office staff but, another office staff told me they were in. I have waited for an appointment for two weeks, I have been in pain and waiting on them to call me never did, now two weeks later, I call there office closes Fridays and at 4pm. So I leave a message, no one returns my call. Then I call the next day and the man that answered the phone was unprofessional, put me on hold then 30 sec,. later came back and said what was I on hold for, told him again and said ive been waiting and in pain called and left message and no one returned my call. didn't even get an apology. he said he couldn't get me in til late that afternoon, I told him forget it you people seem to not know whats going on ill go somewhere else. he said ok

Some reviews mentioned profanity and rude. I saw nothing like that. He was very nice and professional. Explained all very well including my upcoming surgery. I like him and would recommend him.
