        We are passionate about quality ingredients: Our salad dressings, dips, soups, granola and desserts are all housemade from the finest ingredients available. Fresh produce is important; that is why our signature salads are served with organic baby spinach and young greens; why we grow our own organic herbs; and why we never pre-cut or refrigerate our excellent tomatoes.
