I am closing my account with this bank because every thing is a headache and struggle with them. It took over a month for me receive my debit card in the mail. Then not even two months later they randomly put a hold on my debit card. There were no suspicious transactions at all. All my transactions before that were consistently the same. I called the fraud department on a Saturday and verified my transactions, they said they lifted the hold and I could use my card right away. Not true. I called them on Sunday (the next day) went through the process of verifying my transactions again, and again got told they lifted the hold and I could use my card right away. Not true, again. So, Monday I called the Stanton branch directly. They found out someone had put a "no withdrawal" hold on my account. They told me they lifted that hold and I would be free to use my card. Third time that wasn't true. However, after that third time, they deactivated my debit card without notifying me. I don't have checks so I am left with no access to my money at all. I can't wait another month to receive a new debit card and I don't want to continue dealing with them because of this.
