Surfside Patrol

On 12/17/2017, an old ugly-looking guard called Joe's Towing -- 15222 Jackson St., Midway City, Ca., located 2.7 miles away -- to tow my car after parking 1 hour 5 minutes (8:15 am to 9:20 am) despite the sign says "3 HOUR PARKING ONLY". Joe's Towing demanded $324 in cash, in order to release my car that same day. I will bring them to court.

Sadly it appears one of the guards that is suppose to be patrolling the Fountain Valley Town Center at 16157 Brookhurst St, Fountain Valley Calif. Has been observed loitering in the shopping center Denny's Restaurant for approximately an hour on two occasions. Calif. Penal Codes: 647g and 555.2. Also using offensive language in the Denny's restaurant on both occasions. Plus: Staring at certain customers. The guard is suppose to be patrolling the parking lot. Doing a detex patrol. Instead on the first occasion it appeared it looked like he was flirting with a female employee the first time. While on duty. He covered his uniform insignia . The security company golf cart was parked in front of Denny's. The second incident: Dec. 3, 2017. Early morning hours staring at a customer. He yelled out the word: Ass , something. Offensive language. Calif. Penal Code: 415. He was loitering in the restaurant for approximately an hour. Most companies allow a thirty minute lunch break. Then a ten minute break. Yet to be loitering in Denny's for an hour is unjustified. It sounded like he made a threat to a paying customer. He was over heard saying: " I have been watching you". Continuing: He told the customer: " You come on the week ends". My response is it does not matter when a paying customer comes. Its none of his business. He is suppose to patrol the : Fountain Valley Town Center. Not sit down in Denny's at stare at any paying customer. Or keep tabs. Unless some one is breaking the law. Plus: On two occasions yelled out offensive language. His name might be : A.K.A. Joshua. Very unprofessional. His unjustified actions don't bring business it hurts business. It looked like he was attempting to start a fight with a paying customer just sitting down? Attempt. Calif. Penal Code:664. When he was hired he was required to sign all the mandatory pre-hire implied contracts. That informed him what prohibited acts not to do. Such as harassment. Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. Are his actions out side the scope of his at will employment? If so isn't this a breach of implied contract? Calif. Civil Codes: 3300-3400?
