G & L Appliance Service

I have used G & L Appliances many times to repair my washer, dryer, refrig, and microwave. I have never had an issue with customer service and I was very satisfied with the work that completed by technician each time! Each item was fixed once of the 15 years in my home! Now I am feeling obligated to set the record straight on the other reviews. I have been using G & L Appliances for 7+ years now. I have AHS and request G&L appliances for my home and my rental with every fridge, oven, dryer, dishwasher, washer, microwave, etc. They are quick to get back to me, always polite and their service man is in and out and the problem it always fixed the same day! I still can't figure out how he has everything in one vehicle?? They are GREAT! I give them a 5 star rating! And the lady with the washer has to remember that a washer is a luxury and maybe she is over using it with all the people in her house and I don't think she is going to die without it for a couple days.. Geesh... :-)

My first and only experience with this company! I have an appliance insurance which when I need a service call, they contract with local companies. After waiting all day with no call back, I call THEM only to find out that the next appointment is Monday, and today is thursday. I have three adults, a 4 year old, and a 3 month old living here. A washing machine is essential! When I asked if there was any possibility of something sooner all the woman said was per her contract she had to offer me something within 48 business days ad that monday qualified. I said I understood but could she check, again all she said was what her contractual obligation was. That is NOT customer service!! Avoid these people!!
