I've followed these artists from shop to shop and will never stray from them. Not only do they bring years of experience and beautiful artwork to the table, every time I'm there I feel like part of the family. I watch how they interact with their other clients and everyone seems very pleased with the work and service provided. Keep in mind, this is a tattoo shop, so pull up your big boy/girl pants and realize that there are obcenities used....but who has been to a tattoo shop where you don't hear the occasional curse word dropped, either by the artists but mainly the clientele!!!



If you want a great tattoo, look no further. And to those who complain about money...in the words of the late and great Sailor Jerry "Good work ain't cheap and cheap work ain't good."

I've had work done by all 3 tattoo artists and am happy with all of the work performed. I especially enjoyed the down to earth conversations that I had during the tattoos. The pricing was more than fair and I knew how much I was paying before a needle touched my skin. I've had work done at many other shops prior to coming to All American, my search is over I will remain a customer of them as long as I have blank skin.

At 47 I decided to get my VERY FIRST tattoo. My friends recommended All American Tattoo. I was a bit nervous. Becky did my tattoo - she was friendly, professional, and EXTREMELY talented!! She helped me to adjust the design of my tattoo - and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during the process. It was a pleasure getting my tattoo there and I absolutely LOVE my tattoo. She did a remarkable job!!!!!

Pup & Becky...fantastic artists, very personable. The absolute best! The place is immaculate and clean, very bright. Great crew all the way around. No other shop is getting my business.

ive been getting my tattoos done by pup for the past 5 years and its the best you will ever find. the amount of detail that he put into each piece is crazy and then there is becky, she is the coolest craziest person I've ever met. Their isn't any other shop I would go to.

I have many tattoos and i plan to get many more. I recently had the pleasure of obtaining my biggest and best piece from Pup at All American Tattoo in Stafford VA. Not only is my, 100% custom, (from sketch to ink colors) tattoo the best quality tattoo i have its some of the best work I've seen, which is why i commute over an hour to continue to get my work done there, despite the fact that there are more than enough shops here in richmond. A very clean, comfortable, and professional experience is to be expected every visit and is what i receive every time i visit. Along with a family friendly feel. Even my 2 year old daughter enjoys seeing Pup,Becky, and Plank. Cant wait for my next visit. Thank you so much for the tattoo and experience!

Best tattoo place I have been. Pup was able to take my ideas and give me just what I asked for and more. He was able to not only cover a crappy tattoo that I had but you can't even tell it was a coverup. He also does his research, no matter what your crazy idea might be to ensure your artwork is a one of a kind. Becky is English so if she is rude to you it's because you are wasting her time. She's very professional when she has someone in the chair, she gives them all of her attention.



Everyone in the shop is licensed and it is on display for everyone to see. If you want a cheap tattoo without health standards go somewhere else.



You get what you pay for when it comes to tattoo work and pup and Becky are well worth it.

I have many tattoos and have gotten them at many different places but now I will never go anywhere else! I had a paragraph done that my mom had written before she died and that lovely Becky did such a great job!!!! I will only get tattoos by Becky for now on! Thank you Becky for your beautiful work!!!! Oh and to top it off the shop was so CLEAN!!!

If you want a crappy tattoo or piercing then look elsewhere.



Every artist at this shop has a passion or tattoos. They will spend time to get your vision into a tattoo that will blow your mind. They are all caring, funny, and dedicated. Everyone who enters is treated like family. Pup is working on my sleeve and I never stop getting compliments from everyone who sees it. Becky has done almost 10 tattoos for me. I have never left disappointed. We get a idea, plan it, she gets beyond excited and she executes every detail perfectly. I've never even needed a touch up. There is no other shop I would ever let touch my skin.

I dont go any where else for my tattoo's. Not only are Pup and Becky great, talented artists but great people! Have been going here for quite some time and they have become great friends. I recommend all my friends to All American

They went from awesome to terrible in a year. The new artists are very rude and unprofessional. They're just trying to make as much money as possible by over charging people. Two thumbs way down.

Terrible place, they were rude and didn't get off their asses to help. Some guy was yelling racist comments from the back. This place is garbage. Please do yourself a favor and find a different shop that cares.
